My experience at Johnsons Škoda Wigan could have been better because i am still waiting for my car 3 weeks after signing all paper work and paying my deposit still no car due to software update issues getting fobbed off from steve and si absolutely disgusting behaviour not interested at all promised a courtesy vehicle and still not received one tried calling multiple times no answer or get told they call you back and no call happens
Dean was very helpful, attentive, friendly and as we were travelling from a distance to view the car, communication by email beforehand was very good. Very pleased overall with purchase experience with Škoda Wigan.

I'd certainly recommend Johnsons Škoda Wigan to friends and family because I got a great deal and excellent personal service. Biggest disappointment and almost a deal breaker is the Road Tax for the vehicle because of the ridiculous anomaly of the Gov policy of “luxury” vehicles which I think the dealership should have been aware and advised prior to handover.
Johnsons Škoda Wigan were fantastic because Steve was a great help, explaining everything clearly and a a friendly and efficient manner. Thanks Steve
